    Welcome to The Lighthouse, your home away from home in the heart of Hampton Beach. Feel at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located just a block away from the boardwalk and a 4-minute walk to the beach. This apartment includes free Wi-Fi and basic essentials, including beach gear such as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. You get the entire driveway for parking, which can easily fit two large vehicles or three normal or smaller-size vehicles. The Lighthouse is centrally located near the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 950 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you'll find the main boardwalk and everything Hampton has to offer. You can walk to almost anywhere around the boardwalk area from this apartment. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, such as dirty dishes or soiled floors. Cleaning fees cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday; please ensure your trash is in the designated blue bin out front, and recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or the night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform the host as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they're responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings and parties are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay. Note that six people in this apartment is a bit tight, as the bathrooms and living areas are on the smaller side.
