Woodbridge and Irvine in general is a wonderful community and city to raise a family. Access to well maintained parks and recreation spaces are within walking distance. Association dues for Woodbridge are relatively low at $91 per month considering the excellent amenities that are provided (Adult and child friendly pools, spas, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts). In addition, a beautiful lake provides opportunities to use sail boats, kayaks, paddle boats and even go fishing.
