It has a rock fireplace, full bathroom with new tile, 36-inch solid surface vanity, and a large step-in shower. The entire inside of the home was painted with Bejamin Moore Revere Pewter. The den has a shiplap laundry room with new Samsung Wi-Fi washer and dryer, butcher block top and dove gray cabinets. The windows are all energy efficient double pain vinyl Anderson windows. The HVAC was replaced in 2014 and both hot water heaters were replaced in 2021. This large ranch home sets on a level 10,000 square foot lot. There is a vintage Cady Shack shed in the back yard for additional storage.
