Fenced in yard, private driveway parking (big enough for 1 vehicle), additional parking on the street, pet friendly (as long as they are house trained, non-aggressive, and you can provide proof of up to date vaccinations), washer and dryer, utilities included (for energy conscious tenant), central air and heat, basic wifi (we have wifi, if you are a light user than you could potentially connect to ours at no extra charge). Cable hookups are there if you want to sign up for it (we don't subscribe to cable). This guesthouse is attached to our garage and so we (landlords) are literally next door. We use the garage for storage so the garage is not part of the rental. There is a shed on the property if you need to keep a bike or whatnot in it. We are an active couple with 2 dogs and a toddler. We are very responsible and responsive to anything that is needed. We included a few photos with furniture so you can imagine the space, but no furniture will be included.
