Club 1 is a beautiful development. It is less dense, has larger apartments and more trees than most other developments. This well maintained second floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 very large walk-in closets, washer dryer, central air conditioning, wood burning fireplace, and a beautiful, wooded view. Pets are allowed. Private landlord is easy to work with and will keep the condo in good condition. We have preference for applicants who have completed the Zillow application. We also prefer a strong credit score. Given the large volume of applicants, we do not have time to reply to everyone. Sorry. Only a few qualified applicants will be given an opportunity to see the condo. We are equal opportunity landlords. We do not discriminate against any protected classes. The tenant pays for gas, electricity, and water. There is $45 credit check fee (waived if you completed Zillow application) and $100 move in fee charged by condo association.
