This house is so great, it has solar panels on it. You buy this house, you basically own a piece of the sun. It's never too early to start thinking about real estate on the sun. One of my favorite features about this house is the half wall between the dining room and the family room. We couldn't decide whether we wanted a wall there or not, so we split the difference. This house also has the largest barn door setup in all of Mendon, we are talkin' 12 feet of barn door track secured directly on the drywall. One thing overlooked with home buyers is electrical. This home offers a feature I like to call "hot hook ups". What this means is throughout the home there are live wires within the walls to easily hook into to. This will make adding additional power outlets a breeze!
