This is a furnished rental. This well-light basement apartment has a large bedroom and a separate living room/dining area. You will have a well-equipped kitchenette (electric stovetop, two burners), your own bathroom, and separate entrances. There is a large backyard at your disposal. There is a washer and dryer also. (This washer/dryer is shared with us and we will make arrangements to do our laundry at your convenience). All utilities included including wifi. There is no tv or cable. Windows allow for natural light and have window-darkening curtains. There is also space for small amounts of storage. Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood with easy access to major roads and highways as well as public transportation. Closest metro stops are Silver Spring and Takoma Park. Giant grocery store is less than a mile away. Please no pets. Street parking in front of the house is easy and unzoned. We can only accommodate ONE guest. No pets please. House rules: -Rent is due on the first day of the month. Non-payment could result in termination. -Please no smoking or drugs inside or outside of the home -No loud noises, parties between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am -No candles, matches -Please only toilet paper in the toilet, nothing else -If your contract terminates, please let us know same day -If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know -Please take trash and recycling to respective bins outside garage no later than 6:00 am Friday mornings -Return keys to landlord upon termination. Do not make copies of house keys. -Report any issues to landlord upon noticing -Please lock doors upon exiting
