Rental for the holidays and spring! Perfect home to visit San Francisco and enjoy all the amenities of a fully furnished home. We are subletting our home while we are away. It will be available before Thanksgiving through May 2022. We are open to shorter sublet, so let me know your plans. Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located in the city with a 98 walkscore. The home is a beautifully remodeled two story home with lots of natural light. It is fully furnished but will be different than the photos. We will move all our belongings out of the way so you will be able to store items in the closets, drawers, and cabinets. Kitchen is fully furnished with many appliances for you to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay. We only ask that you please water our plants during your stay and take out the garbage bins on Fridays. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master suit has a wide beautiful city view. We have toddler beds and a crib available if needed. The house is not child-proof but children are welcome. We are not allowed to have pets, sorry no pets. No smoking allowed. 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds or can be an office and 1 full 2 full bathroom Kitchen with high end appliances, Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, 6 burner range, Bosch dishwasher, open kitchen and marble countertops LG washer and dryer 2 flat screen TVs Designated driveway parking and street parking One or six month lease, available until May 31, 2022.
