The house was actually built in the 1920's as a one bedroom house. It was remodeled in the 1950's adding central heat and air, two more bedrooms, and moved the bathroom between the two new bedrooms. To my knowledge, nothing has been done on the plumbing and electrical since then. The eat-in kitchen is very dated but functional. All three bedrooms are of a decent size. The living room is actually the original living room and dining room combined after the remodel so it is a very nice size. All rooms are livable but could stand to be painted and re-carpeted. As for the yard, it is actually more of a side yard and then a separately deeded side lot which adds yard space and can also be used for off-street parking. There is storage space under the house like a root cellar.
