Three Oaks Engineering performed a Reconnaissance Soil and Site Evaluation on the 17.4-acre Ritch Tract lot located at Hi Mar Lane. The purpose of the evaluation was to find areas suitable for the placement of a subsurface on-site wastewater system for single-family residences. We are pleased to note that three areas were identified for conventional septic systems. Please see attached report.
