Cozy 2nd floor condo unit in a six-unit condominium building, in the heart of McGinley Square. Not too big nor small for a family of four like us. Easy to maintain and clean with hardwood floors. Quiet neighborhood, near bus stops, easy access to everything by walking (schools, churches, restaurants, groceries, shops, etc.). It is just a walking distance to Journal Square Transportation Center where you can take a 20-min train ride to NYC/Manhattan, and also where all the buses and taxi cabs are. If you are a city person you will never be lonely here as there are shops all around like Dunkin D, Burger King, Chicken Delight, barber shops, hair salons, nail spas. Schools are all around, also St. Peter University, just need to walk going to Lincoln Park. There is no parking lot or garage but the street parking is manageable and easy access to paid parking lots. I love it here!
