The location is perfect and very desirable, downtown and the beach are only a 5 minute drive in either direction. There are also walking and biking trails to follow. And the St. Augustine Amphitheater which boosts adorable farmers markets and incredible concerts is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Pets are negotiable. Absolutely no smoking in the house.
