The Breakers is the best location on the island. Not only is the Breakers only steps to the beach; It is walking distance to everything that you need including shops, restaurants, cinema, and family entertainment. During the summer you can hear the live music at the Tiki Hut from the secluded balcony while enjoying ocean views. The building has undergone a complete renovation including paint, residing, new landscape and a new pool deck. There will also be two new elevators installed by the end of Summer 2021. There is no shortage of people wanting to rent all year long. We have rented out both units in Season plus December through March !!!
