In Jay, Maine I have a three floor apartment building in the small town, with access to a grocery store, hardware stores, local restaurants, parks and dog parks, and for my cannabis friends, many stores to select from all within walking distance. I currently have two bedroom apartment, pet friendly top floor for rent, includes heat, water, WiFi, you pay for electricity. I do not have a community wash and dryer, but a laundry mat is a small walk away. The only thing I ask is for no smoking and to be respectful during late night early mornings with volume, one designated off street parking. No smoking inside. Landlord pays WiFi, water, and heat. Deposit due at signing. Pets allowed
