WOW! OMG! That's the reaction you'll have when you open the door to this condo ! The view is spectacular! Completely unobstructed. Blue sky ,sparkling water , pristine white sand and the green from the estuary ... gorgeous from every room! These pictures just don't do it justice . (haven't figured out how to get my camera to take inside pictures that really show off the beautiful blue water outside at the same time).. I've owned 4 condos in this Resort and my primary concern when I walk into a condo is that I'm not looking straight at a Tower in front of my view,, or, at the road ,,or a parking lot .. Views vary greatly and this condo has one of the best views in the resort.. You hardly need to leave your unit to have fun, ,,from the gorgeous sunrises ,, watching the boats come and go ,observing the activities below at the pool ,grilling a steak for dinner at sunset on the built-in grill. and then enjoying the ambiance from the lighting of the resort and the lights across the bay at night, its just a great unit! This 2 bedroom , 2 1/2 half bath condo is located in Portofino Island Resort, which has been named one of Southern Living 's top 10 family resorts in Florida, making it a wonderful place to live, raise a family and invest . Google Pensacola too,,its truly an amazing little city,, always something going on , gorgeous downtown , wonderful bars and outdoor waterfront restsurants,, beautiful ! I won't spend much time on the resort itself , you can Google it and find out all you need to know about the resort and all the wonderful amenities..... each tower has its own pool and then there's the main pool and restaurant/bar area , located just below this condo ,,the fitness center, spa, tennis courts, ,,everything is just steps from your door..the famous beach is a short stroll away.. . There's a nature path directly from Tower 4 that leads to the bay for miles and miles of secluded walks . The condo has been freshly painted throughout. New LVP flooring in the bedrooms replaced the carpet and perfectly complements the tile in the main areas. The standard builder sinks and vanity in the master have been replaced with a freestanding piece of furniture with gorgeous glass vessel sinks and waterfall faucets. The kitchen had recently been updated , beautiful white cabinets, shiplap backsplash and quartz countertops make the kitchen light, bright and inviting., a huge improvement over the original Portofino kitchens! The furnishings are an eclectic mix of shabby chic and coastal elegant... the cow skull has been in the condo through about 5 different redecoratings and was very popular with my guests when I was renting. There is a newer king bed in the master bedroom and a new Queen in the guest bedroom.., guest bath and powder are painted a very dramatic charcoal gray,, the rest of the condo is a soothing white ,,it probably was the first white condo in Portofino, .assigned garage parking space and storage unit.
