    Our home is located on a cul de sac, having no home directly across the street from us with views of a horse farm, which surrounds the development consisting of 27 homes. It's location is majestic, where when entering the community you drive down a road with horses to the left and right of you. There's also a pond where fresh water fish can be caught. The purpose of providing this description is that I find your Zillow Estimate low given a recent sale in our development, 7 Presidential Path. This home sold for $773,000 on 09/23/2018. Our home has a side entry garage, 9 ft ceilings on the first floor, which 7 Presidential Path doesn't. I'm also on a much more desirable lot, which is pie shaped, being approximately 75 ft wide in the front yard and approximately 214 feet wide in the back yard. The yard backs up to the woods (and a horse farm beyond the woods which can clearly be seen in the winter) providing privacy and tranquility throughout the year. 7 Presidential Path's property was much less desirable as it was wider in the front narrowing towards the back, My back yard consists of the following: Approximately 2200 Sq. Ft. of pavers, a free standing pergola, limestone steps leading up to a gated pool with attached hot tub. This home is located in a very desirable area of Middletown NJ, the Chapel Hill Area. It's in close proximity to the Seastreak (high speed) Ferry which transports commuters to Wall Street is under 40 minutes. I feel that your Zestimate is much to low given that most recent sale of 7 Presidential Path, which, in my opinion is inferior to ours. Kindly consider this information for a reconsideration request of the Zestimate of 4 Presidential Path.
