The unit was refurbished from top to bottom in 2016. The unit is efficiently heated by gas. The condo is approximately 649 sq. feet and includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, eating area/living room, and 4 closets. The bedroom has an overhead combination light/fan and a large spacious double sliding door mirrored closet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, smooth top electric stove, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, and overhead light/fan. The complex in general and the building that the unit is located in are very quiet, and a pleasant environment. The complex is very safe (all tenants in complex must pass a BCI check and you will furnish a credit report and references as others do). You will have an off street designated parking space and there is free snow removal. A washer and dryer is 2 doors away ($1.50 per load). Pets are not allowed in this unit. The condo is within a short walking or driving distance to just about anything a person could want or need. This includes gas, grocery store, liquor store, numerous restaurants (American, Italian, Chinese, submarine/hero, etc...), and hundreds of others stores. The condo is cable ready and the utilities are the tenant's responsibility but can be provided by me, the owner, for additional financial consideration. Tenants elsewhere in this complex generally pay $1,000 -$1,200 per month plus utilities. Your rent is $888 a month with a security deposit of $888. This complex requires a 1 year lease.
