There is one dwelling on both lots and the price of such home (listed under the 4011 address) does NOT account for the fact that both parcels are part of the same property and the dwelling cover both lots. The price on the adjacent lot should be amended to reflect the same and both lots should be deemed one parcel and reflect one price.
