    Empire state building
Two-bedroom renovation in a 1920's loft style building. A single large floating ceiling with perimeter cove lighting was built over the living and dining space to accentuate the extra tall ceiling height. The ceiling also serves to hide LED recessed lighting, speakers and sprinkler heads. Entire home wired for sound and powered by Sonos. Custom teak veneer doors are wrapped with blackened steel door jams and a blackened steel base reveal that match the extra-large aluminum windows. Custom blackened steel door frames with 8' oak veneered interior doors, ducted Central Heat and A/C, Electric Solar Shades and radiant heated bathroom floors. High gloss gray lacquer cabinetry was used in the kitchen as well as for the matching living room TV unit. In the kitchen, custom flush pivot doors on either end, built to look like part of the kitchen cabinetry, push open on one side reveal an office behind and on the other to reveal a rear hallway leading to a guest bathroom. Open Chef's Kitchen with built-in Miele Appliances, Wine Fridge, and abundant storage and prep space in Custom oak and high gloss lacquer cabinetry, large Caesarstone island, and separate pantry closet. White caesarstone countertops used throughout with large porcelain tiles in the bathrooms. Engineered grey-washed rift and quartered white Carlisle Wide Plank European oak floors extend throughout including new subfloors, new exterior walls and everything in between. Bosch Washer/Dryer in a dedicated laundry closet. Master bedroom offers generous closet space, Empire State Building views, and a stunning en-suite Bathroom with Fantini fixtures, double sink vanity, and massive shower with Marble accent wall and rainfall shower head. Large Second bedroom with great closets. Third Bedroom is Interior, and is currently set up as an office/den.
