Do you have a small boat or jet ski? There is a neighborhood boat ramp within walking distance to the house so you can launch and you can tie up right in front of the studio's deck. LOCATION!! Walking distance to the wonderful Baypoint Park! Our small community is so lucky to have this incredible public park which includes tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a playground, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a nice grassy field, shade trees, and benches. Adjacent to the park is world famous Baby's Coffee which is a must try. One month minimum rental.
