Room details
I'm a 32yo gal working in healthcare & design, looking for a roommate for a 1yr lease with potential to extend.
I would prefer a female roommate.
The apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath, 2nd floor.
I'm in the master bedroom, you get the other two rooms (bedroom and storage room).
There will not be a third roommate.
Cats ok.
No smoking.
Street parking only.
Coin laundry in basement.
The rooms have hardwood floors, gas heating, a ceiling light, 1 window per room.
15-20min walk to Brown area near Thayer.
In a convenient area, close to shops, food, bike paths, a park.
Walking distance to a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Walgreens.
Many bus stops along our street.
Easy access to interstate.
$848 is your half, not including utilities. We pay for gas(heat) and electricity. Utilities are $75 - $215 for each person. First month's rent + security deposit (also $848) would be due upon signing. Wifi is $10 each.
I'm a night owl and work evening shifts, so I go to sleep late and wake up late. So you might hear me cooking food in the kitchen at 2am.
Please introduce yourself and mention why you're looking to move to the area. Thank you!
