I have for rent an amazing oceanfront beach condo! Renovations have just been completed. It will be available from Oct 1 - Feb 28 at $1800 per month. The unit will not last long and this includes all utilities including cable, Wi-Fi, power, and water. It will come fully furnished and we will not remove or add any furniture for the lease. You will be required to do a full background check with the complex as well as place a $200 deposit per vehicle pass. THIS IS A 5 MONTH LEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A YEARLY LEASE
