The unit will not last long and this includes all utilities including cable, Wi-Fi, power, and water. You will also have to purchase a parking sticker for each car at $40 each and a background check fee to the complex for each adult applicant at $50 each. Those fees are paid to the complex directly one time. Lease includes all utilities, just bring your clothes!!
