Vaulted ceiling, open floorplan, hardwoods throughout, stainless fridge and dishwasher. Screened-in front porch offers twin hanging beds for napping. Huge screened-in back porch boasts wood-burning rock fireplace, and oversized dining table. Master bedroom on main features wonderful queen bed, closet and two dressers. Cabin comes fully furnished and kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all the things. Four-burner gas stove, microwave and cabinets covered in birch bark. Full bath on main features glassed-in tub/shower. Two double beds are tucked into the sleeping loft (tin roof sounds amazing in the rain). Stacked washer and dryer aren't huge, but are proven workhorses and get the job done. A second wood-burning fireplace sets the mood for the living room and open kitchen. This is stress-free, mountain/lake living nestled next to one of the Southeast's most gorgeous lakes. Ample, flat off-street parking. Would prefer no dogs, but owner open to possibility of fully house-trained, no-shedding dog. Non-refundable pet fee would apply. Zero cats please. The cabin is located a quick, ten-minute drive into charming Clayton, offering front row seats to fantastic dining, shopping and Mountain Lakes Medical Center. Included with rent: all water usage and annual propane tank rental. Renter responsible for: monthly electric, wifi, propane/gas and cutting/maintaining small side yard of grass. No smoking allowed. Monthly bills are very reasonable. Tru-Vista fiber-optic cable works great: renter will choose which plan and budget works best for them (25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 MGs). Due at lease signing: first month's rent ($1,650), last month's rent ($1,650) and refundable security deposit ($1,650). Move in and departure dates are not set in stone. We can be flexible with great tenant/s. Looking for a great long term renter: 10 - 12 month lease.
