PRICE REDUCTION! This two bedroom apartment is the greater portion of the lower level of our house. It was an AirBnB for 7 years, and now we are renting it yearly. We have a very private setting in the woods only 4 miles from downtown Asheville in NorthEast Asheville near the Governors Western Residence. The private deck goes the entire length of the house. The apartment is fully furnished, but can be unfurnished if you prefer it. Can be accessed by the entry door in the driveway or by stairs leading to the lower deck. Very large bedrooms, with a King and a Queen bed. Living room with a TV. Large kitchen with a gas stove. This home is on city water and city sewer, so no problems there. The views are beautiful, with winter views of the mountains. Again, very private location with a firepit at the end of the driveway. This lease is a standard NC rental lease for one year. We will allow pets, like a cat, but no barking dogs. Dogs cannot be left alone in the apartment. We can talk about the pet, if that is a requirement for the renter. There is a one bedroom apartment in the lower level. I will take the garbage once a week to the dump. It has to be bagged. There is a gravel road leading to the house, and we do get some winter weather here, so that's all part of it. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway, so when it's icy, there is usually no problem getting out.
