There is plenty of street parking for all. There is one male and one female roommate at present and we are looking for a 3rd. There is washer/dryer available for use for an additional $35 a month. Internet use available for all at no charge. The bathroom that you would use is shared only with one other male roommate, the others have their own bathrooms to use. We split the electric bill by 5 which is $80.60 each at this time. The lease is month to month. This is good for students that only need a space for a semester for example.
