A few blocks from Flagler College, shops, and restaurants, it comes partially furnished, and all utilities are included in the rent including: Electricity, WIFI through Uverse, water, and trash. There is also a screened private front porch for relaxing and sipping your morning coffee. Off-street parking for one car plus room for an occasional guest. There is a large main room/bedroom with a large closet, dresser, and desk, as well as a large kitchen with a separate sitting area/den space for lounging on the fold-out sofa/futon and watching tv. The recently updated bathroom is nicely sized, with a mix of modern and classic tiles, and has a full sized glass-doored shower. It has a central Mini-Split heat and air conditioning system, so each area has its own climate control. The eat-in kitchen has a table and chairs and well as a sofa and table with television set. The kitchen includes plates, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, Magic Bullet, crock pot, microwave, and other useful items. Absolutely no smoking allowed. No drugs allowed. No pets allowed including and especially cats. There is plenty of off-street parking behind the home, so you can always find parking for yourself and an occasional guest if the extra spot is free. Parking in front of the house on street does not require a permit, and often a space is available there as well. We provide free laundry machine usage included in rent for tenants-only, which is shared with the other apartments in the house. Tenants coordinate laundry usage. We discourage students from applying for the apartment unless they are non-smoking (inc. no drugs), and are the most studious, quiet, anti-partying, sober type. Late night social activities with guests, loud music, drinking, etc., will disturb other tenants and result in evictions. All tenants need to sleep at night. We seek tenants with a similar schedules to ensure quiet hours are maintained for everyone's rest and enjoyment. Working professionals or serious students are preferred.
