The home has 3 levels, you would have the top level. My boyfriend, me and our cat Loki (thinks he's a dog) live in the lower level. We both work typical 9-5 schedules so must be willing to respect quiet hours. Our bedroom is in the basement and the bedroom available is on the 2nd floor with our office in the room next door. So you will have a full floor of separation from us during after work and sleeping hours.
