It was remodeled in 2016 and has a bright, sunny deck, hardwood floors throughout, high end appliances, washer/dryer, and a gas fireplace. It's a 2 minute walk to the Mill Valley Market and the rest of downtown Mill Valley, 5 minute walk to Old Mill Elementary School. We've loved this house for the past 11 years and would welcome long-term renters to love it as much as we do! Renter is responsible for all utilities except for yard maintenance. No smoking. Open to long-term lease.
