Recently updated bathroom with LED mirror. There's an outside private back porch area and a private pool area for the neighborhood only. Property is 5 minutes from the Haywood mall and 8 minutes from downtown Greenville. Rent: -Rent Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by negligence. is due on the first of every month. -Late fee of 50$ for every week that it is late. -Deposit of 500$ . -Deposit will only be returned if property is maintained (cleaned, no obvious damage). Damage: -Tenant is responsible for minor upkeep (lightbulbs, filters) -Landlord is responsible for major upkeep (HVAC, plumbing, structural) -Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by negligence. Parking: -There's only two cars allowed for the people who live there. -Guest parking in front of the pool. Rules & Regulations: -No smoking inside the home. -No more than 2 house trained animals. -illegal activity will result in immediate termination. -report issues promptly. Utilities: -Tenant is responsible for utility fees. -gas, internet, electric, and water Entry & Inspection: -There will be quarterly check ins. -significant damage that hasn't been reported can result in termination of the lease. - No subleasing.
