A well-established and stable community. Most have been here for decades. Often they are the kids or grandkids of the original owners. We watch out for each other and will mow a neighbor's lawn unasked if they're away, hold deliveries and such. While not posh, the homes are kept up, many have been expanded and remodeled. One of the main draws is the excellent school system. Because there are no through streets, kids can play in the street without fear. (and crime almost unheard-of).
