You really would not have to get in your car once you arrive. This is a great place to have a second home because the building is so secure and also primary home. Many residents live in th e building. Private garage space with this condo located in the building. New windows were replaced in 2005. Heat and air are only 5 and 7 years respectively. Corian counter tops and new kitchen cabinets - very nice. New cabinets, etc. in the bathrooms. Must see to appreciate the great condo. A great place to call home.
