Looking to sublet my apartment. The apartment will be available starting May 1st. My apartment is a 1bd/1ba located on the corner of 2nd and Grant. The apartment has a good sized living room for a 1bd, with a kitchen stocked with a fridge and stove/oven combo. There is no dishwasher, but you get used to washing dishes by hand...at least I did. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and two cabinets (one above sink and one above toilet) for storage. Down the hallway lining the walls are 5 bookshelves that are extremely suitable to people with several books, but also can be used for storage of whatever you prefer. In this hallway, there is also a closet that has 3 shelves. This is the main storage spot in the apartment. The bedroom is kind of big for a one bedroom place. I have never felt cramped in there at all. There is also a closet with two wooden sliding doors that runs about 8 ft in length with a lot of room for clothes to be hung up on the rod that runs the length of the closet. There is also an A/C unit on the wall in the room. In the living room and bedroom, there are base boards for heating.
