This house is on the outskirts of a very small and very beautiful mountainous town in East Oregon. One side is free of neighbors and mountains are in plain site. There is no foundation to this home which has pros and cons. Pro being you can move its direction con being it may make a loan a little harder. In no other way does the lack of foundation effect the house. Its is on cement and has strong tie downs. We used wood heat to heat it but it does have forced air too. It costs very little given that the house is cozy. There is a fully fenced yard, a fully fenced chicken coop area with a chicken coop, and Has $8000 of solar panels newly installed. The Garage has great concrete and a lean-too off the side newly constructed. There is enough wood there to build the rest of the privacy fence on the south side. The pipes never froze on us living there. There is a new bathroom sink and bath tub and the entire thing inside and out has been painted. There are lots of kinds of berries growing on the property as well as trees planted about 4 years ago. There are 2 large gates that open into the property and there is lots of parking inside and outside the fence. The neighbors were always really great and quiet.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
