Location is the key; walking distance to public transit, Old Town Square with all of the stores, restaurants, concerts, and parks, PVH Hospital/UC Health, CSU and much more. Utilities included unless their is an increase in 10% usage shown through the utilities bill once tenant has moved in. Deposit and first and last month's rent due at signing. No smoking in or on property. Single occupancy only. I am open to considering a month to month lease, but would prefer a one year lease. Please note, you will have a very private space, but it does not include a full kitchen. It has a microwave and refrigerator. The more information you can give to me about yourself the better.
