Great perimeter windows for natural light, and a surrounding view of the trees. Both Rooms will be EMPTY. The larger room also has a keyed dead bolt lock just incase you want more security. They both have ceiling fans with warm lighting. Feel free to bring a Portable AC unit if you want. Window AC units are not allowed. Shared area appliances available Tv, DVd, Fridge, microwave toaster, Oven, stove top, Vacuum and Tmobile High speed home Internet. - No lease signing just an agreement to pay the monthly rent, existing Tenant is lease holder. Lease ends November 1 2026. - Monthly rent: You agree to pay monthly rent without any setoff or deduction in advance on or before the first day of each calendar month payable to (VNHRT) Vancouver National Historic Reserve Trust. - Late Charge: If we have not received the monthly rent plus other amounts due by the 5th day of the month, you will pay a $20 late charge plus a charge of $2 per day for each day rent remains unpaid after the 5th day of the month. - Rent increase: the monthly rent will not increase during the lease term.
