Hello! We're looking to sublease our townhouse in Hayes Valley, directly around the corner from Patricia's Green and all the Hayes shops and restaurants. Our unit is really spacious, the downstairs consisting of a living + dining + kitchen area with a huge built-in island and full bath (with bathtub and storage!). The upstairs has another full bath with a huge walk in rain shower and even more storage. There are two bedrooms with tons of natural light and a spacious hallway that's great for a big bookcase or coat rack. There are spacious closets in both bedrooms and 3 spacious closets in common areas as well. The unit truly feels like home! We're sad to leave, but are planning to spend some time at our family's house. We've loved being a short walk through the park away from picking up Papito burritos, Chez Maman, and all the other lovely restaurants and shops in Hayes. We don't have a super strict move out preference, but our lease expires May 15, 2021. Completely flexible on dates, available any time from now until end of lease.
