The maximum number of persons allowed on any porch or balcony at any one time is six (6). 5. Chain Locks or similar devices that restrict the door from opening after being unlocked are strictly forbidden. Any security/lock modifications must be requested in writing and will be performed by the landlord at the expense of the tenant per the lease agreement. 6. The TENANT shall not keep or store or permit to be kept or stored, or bring or permit to be brought into the Dwelling Unit (including the grounds or property surrounding the Dwelling Unit), any motorcycle, boat, trailer, towed vehicle, truck, van, camper, motor home or other recreational vehicle. 7. LANDLORD shall supply leased premises with electric light bulbs, fuses and fluorescent starters at the time of move in. TENANT(S) agree to provide replacements thereafter. All bulbs should be in working order at move out.
