Tenants in this main home pay for all utilities. Landlord pays for alarm cost. Additionally, tenants will pick up cost of utilities in small apartment in back of home and share yard! This is why rent is $900 other wise it would be $1300. Water bill stays in landlords name, but will be paid by tenant and all other utilities go in tenants name (gas, electricty, cable, & wifi etc etc). The $800 deposit is non-refundable. There is also a $300 (refundable water utility deposit). If there is a pet there is a $300 non refundable pet deposit. Home will not be available to view until Dec 6th for move in 1st of the year!
