Location.. Location.. Ocean!! We spared no expense remodeling the back part of our house in hopes of sharing this Gem of a town to all who's searching for the most chill, relaxing, quaint, lively up and coming beach district in California.. Walking distance to endless eateries (to include both fine and casual dining) donut, coffee, ice cream shops, breweries, wine tastings, museums, movie theatres, the transit station all just to name a few. And of course we are walking distance to the beach too. Enjoy endless walks to the beach. We are in a beautiful community. Although the community is beautiful, because of where we are located it can sometimes get a little loud (close your windows and you're all good), street parking is available but it is not assigned, (first come first served) free parking always except for the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (the City does it's street sweeping and we just need to move our vehicles to a designated area for several hours) we remind you of that. We are willing to except a pet. (We will come to an agreement if so).
