The living area features a lovely dining table, perfect for a cheerful breakfast or a cozy evening meal together. The condo also features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing quick snacks or full meals during your stay. Parking passes are available for a maximum of 2 cars. Laundry rooms are available on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and on the first floor of building 4, for a fee. Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are just steps away. Fresh food from the Sassy Bass Grill is nearby, and a 15-mile drive will take you to Gulf Shores' shopping and dining. Nine miles westward, you'll find Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks, and you can access Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Some properties have security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided, and we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
