I am looking for someone to take over my lease from July/Aug 2021 (dates flexible) through July 2022. The apartment is a spacious 1BR/1BTH very close to downtown -- just 3 minutes walking to Bread Garden and the Ped Mall. I've lived here for two years and I've been very happy, but am now moving out of state for a new job. The apartment is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and it has a nice balcony. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, and dishwasher; washer/dryer on-site on 1st floor of building. Utilities run between $15 and $25/month; rent is usually $1015/month but I am covering a portion of it to make it $915!
