The perfect location to enjoy Denver's best park, a short distance to Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, the restaurants on Old South Gaylord Street, and a short commute by bike or car to downtown. This is a west-facing unit with a spacious balcony. A reserved covered parking spot is included. The unit features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. Quartz countertops, cherry cabinets, and travertine floors in kitchen and bath. Many updates to the unit completed in the last two days: new hardwood floors in living and dining room, new carpet in bedroom, new light fixtures in bath, plus a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole unit. In addition to the walk-in closet, there are 2 additional closets, and a separate storage unit in the building.
