It's in a quiet neighborhood near the canal with plenty of shops nearby. The kitchen got new counters/appliances in 2020 and fresh painting of all rooms in November 2025. Open to leases of 6 to 30 months. Negotiable on upgrades/amenities. I am the Landlord/Owner who has lived in property in the past, it's my only rental property in Texas, and I can answer any questions. If you do not meet Credit & Income screening requirements then NO EXCEPTIONS that you must contact me ASAP up front without delay or other actions regarding the Security Deposit requirements/process.
