Hello, I have my family home up for a long term lease. The home has been in my family for over 60 years. The home is in the quiet Tuxedo Park area of Stockton. It is very close to the Miracle Mile, University of the Pacific, dining, schools and shopping. The home is very well taken care of, and has central heat and air conditioning. Fresh paint has been done on the interior of the home, and new flooring in the kitchen and utility room. It comes with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It also has washing machine and dryer hook ups. The main bathroom has a deep soaking tub with jacuzzi jets. The home also has an updated alarm system with stylish security screen doors. I will also be maintaining the landscaping service to keep the home looking attractive. The landscape is in very good condition with great citrus trees. Owner pays for landscape service, garbage, and alarm service. Alarm is maintained by a locally company and I do not guarantee the protection of your belongings (legal disclaimer). First month's rent and deposit is due at signing. This will be for a one or two year lease (I am open to a longer term). I do require valid identifications for all adults living in the home, a credit report for each adult (you can bring your own without a fee), proof of income (W2s), work history and rental history. Rental reference will also be required.
