A credit check will be performed by the management company. 620+ credit score is required or the management company will charge an additional $100/month. $500 security deposit. Utilities are included in the $650/month rent! You will need to pass a credit check of 620+. If you cannot, then you will have to pay an additional $100/month as per the management company policy. Security deposit of $500 plus first month's rent due upon contract signing. Looking for someone who is responsible, clean and without drama. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you want. A/C window unit for summer also included. We are easy to get along with and look forward to meeting our new renter!
