There is a $100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Parking passes will be provided on the kitchen table, and please be sure to return the passes to the kitchen table at checkout to avoid replacement fees.
