Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
