The living room boasts a comfortable Queen sleeper sectional and a 65" Smart TV with streaming service access. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors bring in abundant natural light, leading to a dining area with access to a small patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom offers a King bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress and a 50" Roku-enabled TV. For additional guests, two Twin fold-out memory foam mattresses are available. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with a lighted copper vanity and soft towels. This condo welcomes up to two furry friends with a pet fee of $50 per pet. The complex offers two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not permitted. While early check-in may occasionally be possible, it cannot be guaranteed in advance. The community buildings were constructed in the 1970s and have a dated exterior, which is managed by the HOA and beyond the control of the property.
