The condo allows a maximum of two dogs, which must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after. Pets are not permitted on furniture. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA are subject to the pet fee. While not beachfront, the condo is approximately 3/4 mile driving distance from public beach access at June Decker Park. Its exceptional proximity to everything Destin offers, including Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track, makes it an ideal location for exploring the area. The complex also features freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines and electric vehicle charging stations. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or near the building at any time. Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10 PM sharp. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. The HOA has age restrictions, renting to ages 25 and up only. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applying to any violation. Checkout is at 10 AM, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Any issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for damages. Property manager must be notified and given the ability to resolve issues during the stay. Guests working or schooling from home can set up at the desk in the living area, a highly sought-after amenity for many travelers. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit, directly off the living/dining area.
